Three Levels of Courses and Seminars

We tailor our training to meet the needs of your organization. We provide various levels of instruction based our audience:

  1. Introductory and executive overview courses. Typically, 2-4 hours.
  2. Training courses which provide basic “how to” skills or provide the latest government and industry best practices. Typically, 1-3 days.
  3. Workshops that provide instruction and examples followed by facilitated work sessions. During work sessions, participants apply the instructional material to their immediate requirements under the watchful eye of a Subject Matter Expert. These sessions may run from 1 day to 1 week depending on the client needs.

Renowned Instructors and Professional Staff

Integrity’s teaching staff includes former Defense Acquisition University (DAU) faculty members, college and university professors, and course designers experienced in Instructional Systems Design. Some instructors are recognized experts and are published authors in their fields.

Instructors are credentialed Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Program Managers, and Project Managers who are experienced in the design, development, and presentation of adult learning in an experiential environment (learning by doing). Some instruction uses blended learning techniques—mixing various event-based activities such as face-to-face classroom instruction, group exercises, case studies, e-learning, and self-paced training.
