Mary Beth Romani, Chief Strategy Officer

Mark Hogenmiller, PMP, CPCM, Chief Operating Officer

Mark Hogenmiller
  • More than 25 years of experience in contract management, enterprise architecture, business systems automation, financial management, logistics, supply chain management, and project management.
  • Manages multi-contractor teams providing acquisition, contract, and program management support services to DHS NPPD, DoD MCiS, and SSA.
  • Acquisition and Program Management experience ranges from simplified purchasing to complex major Department of Defense weapon systems acquisition
  • Led proposal and capture of the award of $94 million dollar (per annum) IDIQ contract
  • Led contractor and DoD efforts across Army, Navy, Air Force, and Defense Agencies to develop transformational architecture for multiple disciplines in Program Management, Procurement and Contracting, Financial Management, Human Resources, and Logistics
  • 20 years Active Duty Navy Supply Officer specializing in aviation and surface warfare support
  • Negotiated multi-million dollar major weapon systems contracts with industry as US Navy Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant

Richard Palmer, Vice President, Business Development

Mike Ipsaro
