We Value the Communities Where We Work and Live

Integrity’s culture is ingrained with a philanthropic mission. We affiliate with organizations and initiatives that share our values of having a lasting impact and being a trusted, results-driven partner.

Together We Make a Difference

We combine the passion and resources of our company, our staff, and our families to support small non-profits. Each year, Integrity provides financial support to a group of non-profits who house, feed, and educate families to help them rebuild their lives. Through initiatives organized by the Community Impact Group (CIG) and the 5 X $500 Volunteer Incentive Program, our employees also contribute thousands of dollars’ worth of goods, financial support, and volunteer hours.

Working for Long-Term Change

Integrity has long-standing partnerships with Homestretch and the Catalogue for Philanthropy, which both strive to empower others for long-term success.

Homestretch serves homeless families with children. The mission of Homestretch is to empower these families to attain permanent housing and self-sufficiency by giving them the skills, knowledge and hope they need to become productive participants in the community. Each year Integrity sponsors fundraising activities, provides pro bono services, and holds clothing and gift drives that support Homestretch children.

Catalogue for Philanthropy: Greater Washington

The Catalogue for Philanthropy shines a light on high-performing, community-based nonprofits. It reviews the work and finances of hundreds of applicants each year, then profiles the best in its annual Catalogue. By supporting this effort, Integrity helps nonprofits receive the Catalogue’s highly-regarded “stamp of approval,” which tells potential donors which are the best-run, most impactful small nonprofits in the region. Integrity has also sponsored training for nonprofits on how to better tell their stories, empowering them to improve long-term donor support.
