Through initiatives organized by the Community Impact Group (CIG) and our 5 X $500 Volunteer Incentive Program, our employees contribute thousands of dollars’ worth of goods, financial support, and volunteer hours.
5 X $500 Program – The Simple Math of Doing Good
Integrity aims to help the communities in which our staff live and work, and we want employees to decide how we focus our philanthropic efforts. Our 5x$500 Program supports employee-chosen nonprofits providing health and human services and educational services.
When an employee enlists four (4) other people to volunteer on a specific event or initiative, Integrity will grant $500 to the selected non-profit. By garnering the support of colleagues, friends or family, we can make a bigger impact in the community.
Best of all, our employees choose where the donations go!
