Mary Beth Romani Named a Finalist for Women In Technology’s Entrepreneur Award

Award Recognizes Achievement in Innovative Technology,
Leadership and Mentoring

McLean, VA—April 4, 2011—Integrity Management Consulting, Inc., an award-winning provider of integrated acquisition and program management solutions to public sector clients, announces that Mary Beth Romani, Integrity co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer has been named a finalist of the Women In Technology (WIT) 12th Annual Leadership Awards in the Entrepreneur category.  The annual awards program honors leading female professionals working in the Greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area who have exemplified unique vision and talent in the technology industry during the previous year.

Ms. Romani is one of four finalists for the Entrepreneur award, which recognizes achievement for exhibiting innovating methods of motivating and mentoring employees, exemplary management and leadership skills, and developing future leaders in her profession and in the community.

“I’m honored to be included among the talented, accomplished women being considered for WIT’s Annual Leadership Awards,” said Ms. Romani.  “It’s wonderful for the role of entrepreneur to be recognized as having impact in various capacities within the business organization, and among the wider business and neighboring community.”

In addition to her business activities, Ms. Romani is also an active volunteer and sponsor of both professional and charitable organizations that create positive community impact.  Among Ms. Romani’s responsibilities as CSO are as a founding member of Companies for Causes, and defining Integrity’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy which includes sponsorships and volunteering with organizations including Catalogue for Philanthropy, Food for Others and Homestretch, all charitable groups in the DC Metro area.

Award winners will be announced at WIT’s Leadership Awards Banquet on May 19, 2011 at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner, VA.
