Integrity Management Consulting Ranked 44th on Inc. 500 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies

McLean, VA—Aug 25, 2011—Integrity Management Consulting, Inc. (“Integrity”), providers of major systems acquisition and program management support services to Federal clients, announces today it has been ranked 44th among the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing, private companies in America. This new ranking represents a significant leap up from last year’s ranking of 83rd. The Inc. 500 List is based on revenue growth. Integrity revenues have risen 4,460% in the last three years.

Integrity’s impressive growth has garnered top rankings in two other categories: #1 in Washington, DC Metro Area and #1 in the Government Services sector in the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, Inc. Magazine ranks Integrity sixth (6th) in the Government Services sector nationwide up from 17th last year.

President and CEO, Christopher Romani, reacted by stating, “I couldn’t be more proud of our team today. Despite a difficult economy and an uncertain political climate, we successfully built this company brick by brick into something very special. It is very rewarding to be recognized for doing what we love to do — helping our customers achieve their mission. The success of our customers creates opportunities to grow our business.”

In July, Integrity won a $39.9 billion (ceiling) multiple-award IDIQ vehicle to provide on-going global support for the engineering, technology and program management requirements of the U.S. Navy and other government stakeholders. Other awards include a nationwide blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with an estimated value of $100 million over five years with the General Services Administration (GSA) for Acquisition Management Support Services in 2009. Against this vehicle, Integrity has been awarded more than 25 task orders in support of all 11 GSA regions. That same year, the firm also won a $17 million Acquisition and Program Management Support Services BPA with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and, in 2010, has won additional contracts through full and open competition.

“It’s quite an accomplishment to jump so high in the rankings. Many companies work hard and commit to excellent customer service. However, we also have a flexible structure that adapts to customer needs quickly. I think that sets us apart and explains part of our growth,” says Butch Jordan, Program Director. The Inc. 500 rankings cap a year of recognition for Integrity. In January this year, Smart CEO placed Integrity in its “Future 50” list of companies. In July, the company ranked No. 7 on the 2011 Washington Technology “Fast 50” list.
