Integrity Management Consulting, Inc. Announces Richard T. Palmer As New VP of Business Development

McLean, VA—March 3, 2011—Integrity Management Consulting, Inc., an award-winning provider of integrated acquisition and program management solutions to public sector clients, announces that Richard (Rick) T. Palmer has been named as the company’s first Vice President of Business Development.

Mr. Palmer brings a successful track record and broad-based strategic and functional expertise to this new position, including many years working in the public sector.  In his new position, he will play a significant role in guiding Integrity’s business to the next level as it continues its strategic growth and drives its capabilities into new markets.

Mr. Palmer most recently held the position of Director of Business Development with the VT Group, a global defense services company, where he was responsible for business development activities across a number of technical support services business areas and Federal customers.

Mr. Palmer holds a Master’s degree from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, and a B.S. in Finance and Management from the University of Central Missouri. He holds DAWIA certifications in Program Management, IT Acquisition, Business Financial Management, Facilities, and Logistics.  He will be based out of Integrity’s headquarters in McLean, VA.
