Program Promotes Employees’ Charitable Initiatives

Employees Choose Which Organizations to Help

Integrity encourages employees to be self-directed in every way possible. Because Integrity aims to help the communities in which all of our staff work, we empower staff to drive the donations to the organizations they care most about.

Employees are encouraged to select an event to volunteer at any non-profit in the Catalogue for Philanthropy. Our corporate community goals focus in the areas of health and human services and educational services. These areas provide a broad umbrella under which employees can align their personal passion with a specific charity in which they can make a difference.

The Simple Math of Doing Good

If an employee can enlist four (4) other people to volunteer with him or her on a specific event or initiative, Integrity will grant $500 to the selected non-profit. By garnering the support of colleagues, friends or family, we can make a bigger impact in the community. Best of all, our employees choose where the donations go!

At HQ and Wherever Our Employees Work

All employees and offices within our national network are also encouraged to tap into the 5 X $500 Initiative. Employees can select a non-profit in their area that they would like to volunteer to help. Once the organization has been reviewed for financial stability and effectiveness, their project is eligible for the 5 x $500 Program. For example, there have had been two (2) such projects in Texas this year alone.

Integrity Sets Aside $10,000/year to Assist in 20 Projects

Integrity has set a goal of accomplishing twenty (20) projects in one year. We hope the diversity of the twenty projects reflect the diversity our team in their passions, skills, and geography. We believe the more lives we can touch in more ways, the better it is for everyone involved.
