A Passion for Improving our Community
Valuing the Communities Where We Work and Live
Integrity’s culture is ingrained with a philanthropic mission. To this end, Integrity affiliates with organizations and initiatives that share our values of having a lasting impact and being a trusted, results-driven partner. Our proactive approach is designed to have an impact, make a measurable difference, and capture the spirit and imagination of our workforce.
Integrity invests in the communities in which it works
Catalogue for Philanthropy: Greater Washington
Integrity is both a Corporate Sponsor and a Portal Partner with the Catalogue for Philanthropy. The Catalogue shines a light on more than 300 high performing, community-based nonprofits often working below the radar screen. Each one is vetted and a trustworthy organization. The Catalogue makes it easy for employees to engage year-round, individually and as teams, with organizations addressing issues they care about by making donations, volunteering, or attending open houses, programs, and events. Our financial investment in the Catalogue builds strong relationships that bring shared valued to Integrity, our employees, and our communities.
We have deepened our connection with the Catalogue with our “Community Impact Portal” hosted on their website. The portal is the hub for all Integrity community efforts. Through the portal for example, Integrity employees can select Catalogue non-profits to support via our 5 X $500 Volunteer Incentive Program.
Homestretch
It is surprising but there are more than 2,000 homeless persons in affluent Fairfax County, where Integrity is headquartered. For more than 100 families annually, Homestretch provides two full years of transitional housing, budget counseling, job skills training and placement assistance, ESL and life skills classes, pro bono legal advice, and substance abuse and domestic violence counseling. 90% of Homestretch clients achieve full-time employment and permanent housing two years later. We are gratified to help families achieve self-sufficiency and change the trajectory of their lives.
