PEO Defense Healthcare Management Systems (DHMS)

Customer Challenge

PEO DHMS was established to acquire a solution that will modernize the clinical Electronic Health Record Systems (EHRS) within the Department of Defense (DoD) and provide clinicians and patients the best integrated health care and decision-making capability through state-of-the-art analytics. Charged with making disparate systems interoperable, DHMS needed strategic support to align multiple programs and achieve efficiencies.

Integrity Solution

As a Prime Contractor, Integrity provided the full range of acquisition and financial management support services to assist integration of functional/ technical capabilities within the DHMS interoperability mission. Integrity pioneered the use of an Agile acquisition framework to ensure all phases of the lifecycle are executed smoothly for numerous programs and products.

Integrity provided core planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE) expertise to efficiently allocate resources while meeting department policy, strategy and goals. We also consulted on risk management issues around implementing a large acquisition program, and provided thought leadership and training on the acquisition lifecycle.
