Bonus and Recognition Programs

Retirement Savings Plan
Integrity recognizes your desire to plan for retirement. To help you achieve your long-term financial goals, Integrity offers a 401(k) plan that includes an employer matching contribution based on the employee's contributions. We offer immediate vesting at 100%.
Eligible employees may be reimbursed for approved undergraduate or graduate college courses within a degree program at an accredited institution, or for qualifying continuing educational expenses (including courses taken at an accredited trade school, business school or through a professional association).
Professional Membership & Development
Integrity encourages staff participation in professional memberships and societies. We will reimburse employees for annual membership dues.
Additionally, Integrity invests in employees’ professional certifications. We will support your industry recognition. Should you be selected to present at a conference, Integrity will pay for the travel expenses and applicable conference fees. We want you to get the peer recognition you have earned!
We believe that working together to give back to the community in which we live and work builds a sense of camaraderie and adds value to our lives. Integrity facilitates employee participation in community outreach via a staff-led Community Impact Group, which helps research, choose and organize support for organizations that are meaningful to them.
